Wie wij zijn

Deze WhatsApp-boekingsdienst wordt aangeboden door ChatBookNL, gevestigd in Nederland. Wij verwerken gegevens namens de salon waarmee u via WhatsApp communiceert, in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR).

Welke gegevens wij verzamelen

• Uw telefoonnummer (WhatsApp)
• Uw naam, indien u deze aan ons doorgeeft
• Afspraakgegevens (datum, tijd, gekozen dienst)
• Gespreksgeschiedenis, tijdelijk opgeslagen om u te kunnen helpen

Waarom wij deze gegevens verzamelen

Wij gebruiken uw gegevens uitsluitend om uw afspraak te plannen, te wijzigen of te annuleren, en om de salon op de hoogte te houden van boekingen. Dit is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van de dienstverlening die u aanvraagt (contractuele noodzaak onder de AVG).

Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren

• Gespreksgeschiedenis: maximaal 24 uur na het laatste bericht
• Afspraakgegevens: maximaal 30 dagen na de afspraakdatum

Uw rechten

U kunt op elk moment verzoeken om al uw gegevens te laten verwijderen door "VERWIJDER MIJN GEGEVENS" te sturen via WhatsApp. Wij verwijderen dan direct uw gespreksgeschiedenis en eventuele toekomstige afspraken.

U heeft ook het recht op inzage, correctie en bezwaar. Neem hiervoor contact met ons op via de gegevens onderaan deze pagina.

Met wie wij gegevens delen

Uw gegevens worden gedeeld met de salon waar u een afspraak boekt (naam, telefoonnummer, afspraakdetails), en met onze technische dienstverleners (Twilio voor WhatsApp, Anthropic voor de AI-assistent, Google Calendar voor agendabeheer) — uitsluitend voor zover nodig om de dienst te leveren.

Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen en beperkte toegang tot persoonsgegevens.

This WhatsApp booking service is provided by ChatBookNL, based in the Netherlands. We process data on behalf of the salon you communicate with via WhatsApp, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

Why we collect this data

How long we keep data

• Conversation history: up to 24 hours after the last message
• Appointment data: up to 30 days after the appointment date

Your rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by sending "DELETE MY DATA" via WhatsApp. We will immediately delete your conversation history and any future appointments.
